Products that lather do so because of ingredients added specifically for the purpose of lathering. My Soigne products don’t have any unnecessary ingredients that aren’t needed to strengthen, clean, or moisturize your hair. Even without the lather, you’ll get a great scrub with the jojoba beads, leaving your scalp nice and clean!

Questions about Shipping
All orders can take up to 10 days to fulfill. This does not include shipping times. If you pay for an expedited mail service, this will take effect once your order is fulfilled and dropped off at the post office.
If you gave the incorrect shipping address and your order has not yet shipped, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
If your package was returned to us because an incorrect address was provided we can either refund you for the items, excluding shipping costs, or for an additional shipping fee, re-ship the products to the correct address.
Unfortunately, My Soigne has no ties to any postal carrier and cannot see any additional information regarding delivery than you. If your package is taking longer than expected, please contact the carrier directly.
My Soigne is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a status of delivered. If you experience this, we recommend contacting the carrier directly and filing a claim. We are happy to provide as much information as possible for the claim; however, My Soigne cannot contact the carrier directly. We highly recommend purchasing priority mail shipping, over first class mail, as it comes with insurance on your package.

Questions about Refunds
If you are dissatisfied with your My Soigne products, you can request a refund within 30 days of purchase. My Soigne cannot refund the cost of shipping, and you must return the product(s) you wish to return. If you'd like store credit, and are in the U.S., My Soigne will cover the cost of shipping for your returned product(s). If you would like to receive your money back the way you paid, and are in the U.S., you will be charged $7.95 for a return label. International returns will be charged the cost of the return label.
To start the process of returning your My Soigne product(s), please visit our return portal.
Once the items are received and inspected, we can issue a refund the way your item was purchased or issue your store credit. If you purchased a bundle (styling duo, cleansing, duo, complete set, etc.), you cannot return individual items.
If your order has not yet been fulfilled, you can email firstname.lastname@example.org to cancel your order and receive a refund.
